April / May – Catch Up

(This post has been, and will always be inspired by Shannon A. Thompson.)

Hello, world! How’s it going? Desirable Purity hasn’t been too active these months (or the past few months, let’s be honest), but as you all know that I had my exams, so I’m free of that blame. And I’m cute, so I should get the special treatment. *Ting*

Never mind me.

So, in this catch up, I’ll let you know about my stats this and the previous months, posts, top referrer, Top tags, categories, etc. Let me know if I’m missing something.

May was the best month for my stats this year. The views bloomed and reached up to 1,000, 611 visitors, 20 likes, and 6 comments.

April was the second best this year, with 611 views, 295 visitors, 33 likes and 12 comments!

This means so much to me, so many different people from all around the world, visited my blog only to hear me ramble. Like, it’s fascinating to me. (Not the Edward Cullen type, mind you.)

So, thanks for that. ❤

Why Do You Write? – You know what, I don’t say that writing is easy, as many assume. It’s one of the most annoying, time consuming, irritating and troubling thing ever. Yet, it’s addicting. You see, an easy read is a damn hard write. But still, it’s all worthwhile when you put your heart into it. And the reason that I write is because I love that agony.

So, yeah, that’s the chaos I’m in the middle of at the moment. Now, you sympathize. See? I’m a wizard.

My Number One Trick to Staying Motivated – There are so many things that we plan to accomplish in a day, in a week, a month, a year, hell, we have set long term goals for ourselves, but why is it that we can’t seem to accomplish them. Here is my number one trick to staying motivated and on track.

A Revolution of the Mind — Alicia – Guest post. Short story. She’s the girl who can hear her inner demon, and has been submitting to it for as long as she can remember. Fighting against it has been the battle of her life, and her family don’t know how to connect with her anymore.

Top Referrer:

Google Search has been my best referrer so far, and most clicks came from Wattpad. The top tags have been, “love”, and “writing”, and top category is, “entertainment” so far.

That’s about it for this time. Make sure you like, comment, and follow, because that always makes me smile.

Till next time!
