Who doesn’t love free stories? Well, I know, I do. I love reading stories on Wattpad, written by young authors who have so much potential, it is sometimes hard to believe. I once even thought, seeing great, young and how uncountable authors were out there, that maybe one day this planet will have more books than readers. And I’m not even kidding.
I’m the kind of reader, maybe most of you know, who is extremely picky. I’m judgemental and I’m not proud of it. By me, a book is judged by four main things when I first see it. Title. Cover. Summary. And the first paragraph. No matter how hard I try, I just can’t get past even one chapter of the book, if the first paragraph doesn’t hook me.
What I’m trying to say here is that if I like a book, then there is a fair chance for you to like it as well, of course, only if you’re not as picky as I.
So, today, in the first episode of “Tuesday High fives”, I bring you my top five favorite books on Wattpad. So far, it is. Maybe, part two of this will come soon as I’m in the middle of reading great books right now. But the finished and favorite ones are mentioned below.
Be proud of the ones that you’ve read. Haven’t read? Check them out now!
Category: Humor/ Teen Fiction.
Why I love it: It’s original. Smanatha is a loveable character and everything about her screams reality. She’s broken, she’s fixed. I just love how the author did this. Everything. Indescribable. Also, it is unexpected. I love the twists and turns, and everything else about it. If you haven’t read it yet, you’re missing out so much…
Blurb: Samantha Evans.
A 17-year old girl in her Senior Year of High School. Stereotype says that she should be worrying about what outfit she’s going to wear and what boy she’s going to date, but Samantha has a different plan.
For Samantha, her Senior Year is all about proving that she deserves to be the Quarterback for Westview High School just as much as the next guy.
But as the season continues, problems arise and the pressure builds. And it’s all on Sam to bring the Westview Polar Bears to another State Victory, no matter what.

Why I love it: Yet again, original. I love the twists and the turns. It is a gripping tale of love, humor, heartbreak, fights. Almost everything to keep you entertained. I love the characters…the way they develop and the way they are. Everything. I love the whole story. The plot, the settings, the thoughts. Amazing.
Blurb: Greek Mythology. First installment in the Cupid series.
Amore, Liebe, Amour, No matter what language you say it in it means love and it’s Peyton’s job. Her grandfather is Cupid and he’s hired her as his newest apprentice against her own will. And now he says that he wants to hand the business over to her? No thank you! The hours suck and there’s only one rule: no falling in love. It’s simple since Peyton isn’t looking for love. But it seems that Cupid’s arrow is best shot through the heart when you’re least expecting it. With one final challenge before taking over the business, Peyton has to find the soul mate of the only immortal thing allowed to live on Earth: a fallen angel. Easier said than done.

Category: Vampire/ Romance
Why I love it: Vampires. Outdated, right? She proved; NO! A love story so twisted and so turned, I fell for it. The fantasy seems real. The plot. The characters. Secrets. Everything. Perfect, I would say. It was one perfect story that I came across. Love it.
Blurb: Three identical vampire princes are searching for a human girl to one day rule their kingdom. Little did they know that Deva was not like the rest of the girls. Instead of falling for the brothers charms and striving for their attention like most of the girls, Deva does everything she can to get on their bad side so that they may send her home. But for some reason everything she tries on them doesn’t seem to work. She is pulled and twisted into the vampire world till she is left crying for home and a way out.

Category: Non-teen fiction
Why I love it: It so full of emotions. It’s like the sea of it, after which you’d have to shed one through your eyes. And I’m not even kidding. It’s so deep, and completely unexpected. I love it.
Blurb: ‘The truth is, everybody in your life is going to hurt you at some point, you’ve just got to find those worth suffering for.’
Meghan’s life is far from normal. Her parents are dead, she has no family, her boyfriend’s abusive and a series of unfortunate events have lead her to living with her number one enemy; Noah Parker.
Noah, the sweetheart, with a winning smile and Meghan the wallflower once attached at the hip can’t stand each other’s presence anymore.
Meghan’s changed, she’s built up walls and she hides behind a mask to numb herself of any feelings, when Noah realises she needs his help more than ever. But Meghan’s a strong willed girl, she doesn’t need help, she doesn’t want help, she won’t take help, she’s so scarred from loosing the ones she loves she pushes away everybody because she thinks she’ll get attached and they’ll leave her too.
Noah begins to realise, that naive, innocent girl he grew up with is still his best friend but as much as he tries he can’t break down her walls, she keeps pushing him away but that doesn’t stop him.
He wants to make things right, he wants to help her, he wants to be a part of his best friends life again but when he begins unrevealing her secrets maybe it’s time he took a step back.

Why I love it: I love it because I love it. It’s perfect. It’s the only story in my entire life that I have read twice…after mines. That’s saying much. I love everything about it. I love the characters. It’s the kinda cliche/original love story. Everything about it screams originality, yet the bad boy/ nerd system makes it cliche, and I love it. I love how an overly used topic has been made so original by Hasti here. Kudos to her for creating a great story like this.
Blurb: Reece smirked, “Trust me Chloe, the Good Girl always falls for the Bad Boy.”
Chloe Armel is a Good Girl.
She never gets in trouble, gets excellent grades and is loved by everyone.
Wild, badass and has an ego that honestly couldn’t get any bigger.
He gets into fights, breaks every single rule and couldn’t care less about the consequences that come with it.
When Chloe’s parents leave to treat sick children in Cambodia for two weeks, she is forced to stay at her neighbour’s house.
Her neighbour has a son, and it’s Reece Carter.
Sneaking out. Parties. Drinks. Hash Brownies. Flirting. Breaking the Law…and Road Trips.
Add a few shots of Cupid’s Arrows and what have we got?
All we know is, it’ll be unforgettable.
